Kids like both pasta and salmon, so this is a recipe they will love. It's quick and easy to make – something you will probably make more than once.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Dice the salmon.
Cut the leek in slices and cauliflower in florets.
Cook leek, cauliflower and peas in the cream.
Stir in the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
Add the salmon to the sauce and poach for 1-2 minutes, until it is cooked.
Serve the pasta with the sauce and the salmon. Chopped chives make a nice garnish.
