Burgers are something that children like. Try a new variety, with pan-fried Norwegian salmon in burger buns. These are quick and easy to make, and taste extra good with your own favourite dressing.
Cut salmon into 2 cm thin slices and dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon.
Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and add the salmon as soon as the butter is brown.
Cook the salmon for approx. 1 minute on each side.
Mix sour cream, ketchup, finely chopped onion and paprika powder.
Add finely chopped chives.
Place the salmon in burger buns with tomato, cucumber, salad and onion.
Serve the salmon burgers with dressing on top.
Tip: Try adding cheese, pesto, rocket or a spoonful of sweet chili sauce in the burger.
