Burger with Norwegian Salmon

Norwegian salmon burgers are popular with both adults and kids. Fill the burgers with your favourite vegetables for a quick, healthy meal.

  • Heat up the grill.

  • Finely chop the salmon fillet and mix together with chopped chives, salt and pepper.

  • Form flat burgers.

  • Fold a sheet of grill foil in four and brush with oil.

  • Grill the burgers for approx. 2 minutes on each side.

  • Add salad and dressing of your own choice in the burger buns and add the salmon burgers.

Serve with whatever you like.

Tip: The burgers can also be cooked in a frying pan with oil for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
