Norwegian salmon burgers are popular with both adults and kids. Fill the burgers with your favourite vegetables for a quick, healthy meal.
Heat up the grill.
Finely chop the salmon fillet and mix together with chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Form flat burgers.
Fold a sheet of grill foil in four and brush with oil.
Grill the burgers for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
Add salad and dressing of your own choice in the burger buns and add the salmon burgers.
Serve with whatever you like.
Tip: The burgers can also be cooked in a frying pan with oil for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
