Preparation
- Set the oven to 185°C/365°F/gas mark 5.
- Arrange the pie crust in an ovenproof dish/pie tin.
- Cut the smoked salmon into suitable pieces.
- Cut the red onion into thin rings.
- Stir together eggs, sour cream, parmesan and salt and pepper.
- Spread spinach, salmon and red onion on the pie crust in the tray. Pour the egg mixture over it.
- Put the tray in the middle of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with a mixed salad.
