Cut the fish into smaller pieces and add to a food processor with salt until you have an even mix.
Add egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and pepper, and mix well.
Leave the mix in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Make burgers and pan-fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce, and taste with pepper and cayenne pepper.
Wash salad and tomatoes, and slice the tomato.
Serve the burgers in burger buns with chili mayonnaise, salad and tomato.
Tip: Here you can use the vegetables you want. The burgers can also be served in pita bread.
