- Juice lemon and finely chop garlic.
- Combine sour cream and lemon juice, and mix with garlic and sugar.
- Taste with pepper and maybe a little salt.
- Finely chop the basil leaves and mix into the dressing.
- Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- Cook pasta as instructed on the package.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and dice bell pepper and cucumber.
- Slice the lettuce.
- Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl and place the salmon over.
- Fold the dressing into the salad, and garnish with a couple of basil leaves.
- Serve the salad with bread on the side.
