Preparation
- Make the blinis according to your own recipe or purchase ready-made blinis.
- Cut the Norwegian smoked salmon into thin slices with a filleting knife.
- Grate horseradish and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix the creme fraiche, grated horseradish, finely chopped parsley and season with lemonjuce, salt and pepper.
- Cut the small radishes into thin slices.
- Assemble the blinis with horseradish cream, salmon, a slice of radish and top with fresh curly parsley.
