Sweet Chili Wok with Norwegian Salmon

A wok is easy to make and tastes delicious. In this recipe the vegetables are woked in a sauce of limejuice, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.

Procedure

  • Cook noodles as instructed on the package.

  • Cut salmon in 3 cm pieces.

  • Cut pepper and sugar peas.

  • Fry the salmon in oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until they get a pale pink color.

  • Remove the salmon from the pan and put aside.

  • Fry the vegetables on high heat.

  • Juice the lime and add to the pan with¬†boiled noodles, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.

  • Heat the sauce.

  • Add the salmon and let it get warm in the sauce.

Serve the wok with coriander sprinkled on top.
