A wok is easy to make and tastes delicious. In this recipe the vegetables are woked in a sauce of limejuice, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.
Cook noodles as instructed on the package.
Cut salmon in 3 cm pieces.
Cut pepper and sugar peas.
Fry the salmon in oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until they get a pale pink color.
Remove the salmon from the pan and put aside.
Fry the vegetables on high heat.
Juice the lime and add to the pan with boiled noodles, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.
Heat the sauce.
Add the salmon and let it get warm in the sauce.
Serve the wok with coriander sprinkled on top.
