Sashimi with Soy Dressing

You don't need a complicated recipe to make a tasty dinner. Here you just cut raw salmon in slices and serve with homemade soy dressing on the side.

Preparation

  • Cut an even piece of the salmon fillet and cut into 2-3 mm thin slices. Diagonally cut the fillet, always against the marbling in the fish.

Dressing

  • Finely chop garlic, ginger, chili and coriander.

  • Juice lime and add in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • Add garlic, ginger, chili and coriander to the sauce.

Serve the sashimi with soy dressing.

Tip: This soy dressing can also be served with nigiri sushi and maki sushi.
