Bruschetta with Norwegian Salmon Tartar, Lime and Flaked Avocado

  • Finely chop salmon and mix with lime juice and extra virgin olive oil.

  • Cut the bread into 2 cm thick slices, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and pan-fry until crunchy. 

  • Slice the avocado.

Serve the salmon tartar on the bread with avocado slices on top. Season with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
