The whole family will enjoy this easy, everyday dish with Norwegian salmon and mashed potatoes. It is quick and easy to make and can be prepared with your favourite fish and vegetables.
Cut the salmon into servings and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pan-fry in oil, approx. 3 minutes on each side.
Peel potatoes, cut into dices and cook tender in unsalted water.
Drain well, mash and add milk until the consistency is like porridge.
Add butter and taste with salt and pepper.
Serve pan-fried salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
