This plainer version of the famous traditional first course has been enhanced by the addition of Norwegian salmon. A light tasty dish, created by Chiara Maci!
Cut the salmon into medium-sized cubes.
Cook spaghetti as instructed on the package.
Finely chop garlic and sauté in oil with chili powder.
Add the black olives, desalted capers, parsley and then the salmon cubes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Drain the spaghetti and fry in the pan with the salmon.
