Pasta can be varied in many ways. In this recipe spaghetti is served with Norwegian salmon and a sauce of cream cheese and tomato.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as instruced on the package and drain.
Cut the Norwegian salmon into small cubes.
Combine tomato sauce and cream cheese in a pan, mix well and bring to a boil.
Add the salmon, cover and cook for 1 minute.
Add salt to taste.
Serve the Norwegian salmon and sauce with the spaghetti and sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil.
