Spaghetti with Norwegian Salmon

Pasta can be varied in many ways. In this recipe spaghetti is served with Norwegian salmon and a sauce of cream cheese and tomato.

Procedure

  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as instruced on the package and drain.

  • Cut the Norwegian salmon into small cubes.

  • Combine tomato sauce and cream cheese in a pan, mix well and bring to a boil.

  • Add the salmon, cover and cook for 1 minute. 

  • Add salt to taste.

Serve the Norwegian salmon and sauce with the spaghetti and sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil.
