Cubed salmon don't need a lot of cooking time and can easily be prepared on skewers. When the skewers are prepared, all they need is a minute or two on a grill or pan.
Remove the skin from the Norwegian Salmon and cut into small cubes.
Wash and cut the pepper into even pieces.
Remove the green part of the leek, wash and cut into slices about 1 cm.
Insert the Norwegian Salmon cubes into the wooden skewers alternating with vegetables.
Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil.
Fry on a warm grill or pan so the salmon becomes golden on all sides.
