Marinated Norwegian Salmon in Soft Tortillas

Oven baked Norwegian salmon marinated with tasteful spices and served in soft tortillas is weekend food at its best. This might be a new favorite.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

  • Cut the salmon into dices of approx. 3 cm.

  • Tear the salad and dice tomato.

Marinade

  • Mix cumin, crushed garlic, olive oil, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, oregano and lime juice.

  • Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish and pour the marinade over.

  • Set the dish in the fridge and leave the salmon to marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  • Sprinkle the salmon with salt, cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for approx. 12 minutes.

Serve with

  • Mix sour cream with lime juice.

  • Heat the soft tortillas as instructed on the package.

Fill the tortillas with salmon, salad and tomatoes, and serve with lime sour cream, guacamole and brown beans.
