Norwegian salmon in a zucchini and almond crust

A filet of salmon dressed by Chiara Maci with zucchini and almonds…a treat for the taste buds!

  • Season the salmon filets with a little oil, dill, salt and pepper.
  • Grate the zucchini and use to cover the salmon filets thoroughly. Add the flaked almonds. The oil used to season the salmon should hold the mixture together.
  • Fry in a little olive oil until the outside is golden, or bake at 180° for 8 to 10 minutes.

Useful tip: For a crunchier result, add a spoonful of breadcrumbs on top of the zucchini!
