Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Asparagus and Sour Cream with Herbs

Grilled Norwegian salmon is perfect in the summer, and here it is served with grilled asparagus and sour cream with herbs.

Sour cream with herbs

Procedure

  • Brush the salmon with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Cook asparagus in lightly salted water for approx. 1 minute and cool in ice water.

  • Grill the salmon for 2 minutes on each side, and the asparagus for 1 minute on each side.

Sour cream with herbs

  • Juice lime and mix with sour cream and finely chopped parsley.

  • Taste with salt and pepper.

Serve grilled salmon with lemon juice squeezed over, and asparagus and sour cream on the side.
