A simple smoked Norwegian salmon recipe that can be served as an appetizer. Kids will love it!
Slice the salmon.
Cut the focaccia buns in half and warm them in a pan for 2 minutes.
Spread crème fraîche on one half of the focaccia buns and place salmon over.
Sprinkle chopped dill and blanched lemon zest.
Cover with the other half of the focaccia bun and serve.
