Preparation
- Cut an even piece of the salmon fillet and cut into 2-3 mm thin slices. Diagonally cut the fillet, always against the marbling in the fish.
Dressing
- Finely chop garlic, ginger, chili and coriander.
- Juice lime and add in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add garlic, ginger, chili and coriander to the sauce.
- Serve the sashimi with soy dressing.
Tip: This soy dressing can also be served with nigiri sushi and maki sushi.
