Cut the salmon into small dices.
Peel cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into small dices.
Mix mustard, salt and chopped dill, and mix with the salmon and cucumber.
Let the mix stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Fill ice in small bowls or glasses, place a salad leaf over the ice and fill with tartar.
Serve the salmon tartar with toasted baguette slices and a little lemon wedge.
