Preparation
- Remove the skin from the Norwegian Salmon and cut into small cubes.
- Wash and cut the pepper into even pieces.
- Remove the green part of the leek, wash and cut into slices about 1 cm.
- Insert the Norwegian Salmon cubes into the wooden skewers alternating with vegetables.
Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil.
Fry on a warm grill or pan so the salmon becomes golden on all sides.
Serve immediately.
