- Finely mince the salmon filet, then add salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 flat patties and fry in butter for 2 - 3 minutes on each side until golden. 
- Toast the slices of bread, on a gridiron if available. Cut in half and put the hamburger on one half with some lettuce leaves, sliced tomato and cucumber. Place the other half of the bread on top. 
- Mix the cream cheese and cream together and put a spoonful of the mixture on each hamburger. Use a different type of sauce if preferred. Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber and a cherry tomato.
