Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
- Wash the zucchini and slice thinly.
- Layer the zucchini slices on the salmon fillets, season with a little salt and olive oil and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Serve with chopped tomatoes.
