Preparation
- Juice lime and mix with sour cream and finely chopped parsley.
- Taste with salt and pepper.
- Brush the salmon with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook asparagus in lightly salted water for approx. 1 minute and cool in ice water.
- Grill the salmon for 2 minutes on each side, and the asparagus for 1 minute on each side.
- Serve grilled salmon with lemon juice squeezed over, and asparagus and sour cream on the side.
