Preparation
- Set the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the saithe fillet into portions and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- Place the fish pieces in a greased ovenproof dish with the whole garlic cloves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the lemon zest.
- Cut the spring onion into thin rings.
- Bring the lemon juice, spring onion and apple juice to the boil.
- Stir in the corn starch, give the sauce a quick boil and pour it over the fish.
- Bake the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes until the fish is well cooked.
Serve the fish in the dish together with cooked vegetables and flatbread on the side.
