Preparation
- Cut the saithe into 3 cm dices and slice Chinese cabbage and spring onion.
- Combine coconut milk, canned tomatoes, vegetable stock, chili paste and soy sauce in a casserole, and bring to a boil.
- Add Chinese cabbage and spring onion, and let simmer for approx. 2 minutes.
- Gently add the saithe and let simmer for approx. 2 minutes.
- Season with chili paste, soy sauce and salt to taste.
- Serve the soup with bread on the side.
