Preparation
- Fry individual servings of the saithe in a hot frying pan with a little liquid margarine.
- Cook the bulgur wheat according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel the carrots and cut into cubes, then peel the oranges and cut into thin slices.
- Chop the almonds, red onion and herbs. Mix everything into the bulgur wheat and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Season with lemon and mix in the pomegranate. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: Mix in a handful of finely chopped fresh mint.
