In this recipe the Norwegian saithe gets a new and Asian twist and is served with asparagus. Sesame oil also goes well with fish.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Cut the saithe in servings and place in a greased oven-proof dish.
Thinly slice fresh and pickled ginger, mix with peanut oil and soy sauce, and spread over the saithe.
Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with salt when the dish is done.
Serve with cooked asparagus.
