Homemade fish burgers are so tasty and can be varied with different spices, and bu using different vegetables and dressing in the burger.
Cut the saithe in smaller pieces and run in a food processor with salt.
Run the machine for a couple of seconds until mixed and add a little milk at the time. Add potato flour in the end.
Finely chop onion and chives and add to the farse with pepper.
Try making a little burger to taste if it is seasoned enough.
Make burgers and fry in margarine until cooked through.
Serve the fish burger in two slices of bread with salad, tomato, gherkin and a dressing of your choice.
Tip: You can't use fish that has been frozen for this recipe.
