The best dinners tastes as good as they look. In this recipe the flounder get a fresh herb taste. The herbs can be varied after season and flavour.
Finely chop herbs and mix with butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Spread the herb butter over the flounder fillets, roll together and use a tooth pick to hold them together.
Add apple juice to a frying pan, bring to a boil, add cornstarch, apple and lemon juice.
Place the fish rolls in the sauce, cover with a lid and steam the flounder until cooked through, approx. 4 minutes.
Serve with salad and boiled potatoes.
