Norwegian plaice is perfect for wok. In this recipe the sweet and sour sauce gives the dish an Asian taste. Quick and easy dinner for the whole family.
Cut the plaice in thick strips.
Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan and fry the fish for approx. 1 minute. Remove from the pan and put aside.
Cut the vegetables on strips, pan-fry for 2-3 minutes and add soy sauce.
Mix potato flour with the fish stock and add to the wok. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Add sweet and sour sauce and taste with salt and pepper.
Gently mix the fish with the vegetables and heat it for approx. 1 minute.
Serve the wok with rice.
