Oven-Baked Norwegian Cod with Apple and Cabbage

Oven-baked Norwegian cod with the autumn's apples and cabbage. A simple and tasteful recipe where everything but the potatoes are made in one dish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Cut the cod into servings.
  • Coarsely chop onion and cut cabbage and apple in pieces.
  • Add onion, cabbage and apple to a greased oven-proof dish and place the cod over.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add water to the dish.
  • Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
  • Mix mustard and crème fraîche and pour into the dish when serving.
  • Serve with boiled potatoes.
