Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Cut the cod into servings.
- Coarsely chop onion and cut cabbage and apple in pieces.
- Add onion, cabbage and apple to a greased oven-proof dish and place the cod over.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add water to the dish.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
- Mix mustard and crème fraîche and pour into the dish when serving.
- Serve with boiled potatoes.
