Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Cut the cod into servings, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add into a greased oven-proof dish.
- Mix grated cheese, mustard, cream and finely chopped chives, and fold it over the cod.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Tomato salad
- Slice tomato and add to a greased aluminium foil.
- Sprinkle with basil, salt, pepper and olive oil and wrap it together.
- Bake in the oven along with the cod the remaining 10 minutes.
- Serve with bread on the side.
