Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the cod into servings, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add into a greased oven-proof dish.
Mix grated cheese, mustard, cream and finely chopped chives, and fold it over the cod.
Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Tomato salad
Slice tomato and add to a greased aluminium foil.
Sprinkle with basil, salt, pepper and olive oil and wrap it together.
Bake in the oven along with the cod the remaining 10 minutes.
Serve with bread on the side.
