Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the clipfish into servings.
Finely chop garlic, and mix with olive and white pepper to a marinade.
Add the clipfish to the marinade and let marinade over night. Keep the marinade.
Cut incisions in the sides of the clipfish and place ham in the incisions.
Place in an oiled oven-proof dish.
Peel potatoes and boil in lightly salted water for 4-5 minutes.
Dice potatoes, slice onion, cut bell pepper in strips and tomatoes in wedges, and add to the oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle with a little paprika powder and pour over the marinade.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Place the dish on the tables and serve.
