Heat the frying oil at 175°C.

In the meantime, cut the fish into cubes of about 4 cm.

Grate the orange zest and mix it with the breadcrumbs.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg.

Dip the fish in the beaten egg, then in the orange flavoured breadcrumbs.

Deep fry for a couple of minutes, until golden and crispy.
