This is a real burger with Norwegian cod. The root vegetables makes the dish extra tasteful and healthy. Perfect recipe for young and old.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Cut the cod into servings and pan-fry in butter for 3-4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut potato and root vegetables into sticks.
Place the vegetable sticks on a baking tray, drizzle with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake the vegetables in the oven for approx. 25 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the mayonnaise.
Taste with salt if necessary.
Cut onion and tomato in slices.
Heat the burger buns in the oven.
Place salad on the bottom burger bun and cover with cod, onion and tomato.
Cover the the burger bun top.
Serve the burger with the vegetables and mayonnaise.
