Fjord Trout just need a quick grill to be served with a juicy core. In this recipe the Fjord Trout is tastefully seasoned.
Cut the Fjord Trout in servings.
Combine sugar, chili powder, cumin, thyme, salt and olive oil, and brush the fish with the seasoning on both sides.
Grill the Fjord Trout for approx. 4 minutes on each side.
Cook potato, peel and cut into smaller pieces.
Chop spinach, slices raddish, finely chop red onion and coarsley chop dill.
Mix the potato with spinach, raddish, red onion, dill, sour cream, mayonnaise and grated horseradish.
Serve the Fjord Trout with potato salad on the side.
