Seasoned Fjord Trout on Grill

Potato salad

Procedure

  • Cut the Fjord Trout in servings.

  • Combine sugar, chili powder, cumin, thyme, salt and olive oil, and brush the fish with the seasoning on both sides.

  • Grill the Fjord Trout for approx. 4 minutes on each side.

Potato salad

  • Cook potato, peel and cut into smaller pieces.

  • Chop spinach, slices raddish, finely chop red onion and coarsley chop dill.

  • Mix the potato with spinach, raddish, red onion, dill, sour cream, mayonnaise and grated horseradish.

Serve the Fjord Trout with potato salad on the side.
