Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
- Cut smoked Fjord Trout in thin strips, tomato in thin slices and onion in thin rings. 
- Cut the pizza base in portions and put on a baking tray with baking paper. 
- Spread crème fraîche evenly over the pizza bases and top with tomato and onion. 
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and cheese. 
- Bake in the oven until the pizza base is cooked through and the cheese is melting, about 10-15 minutes. 
Top the pizzas with Fjord Trout strips and serve.
Tip: You can make one big pizza instead of many small.
