  • Cut the Fjord Trout into slices and orange into wedges.

  • Heat orange juice and olive oil in a pan, and add chopped parsley and pine nuts.

  • Place the Fjord Trout and orange on a plate and sprinkle with rocket.

  • Pour the marinade over, and season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
