This recipe does not take long to make since it don't need to be cooked or fried. With few ingredients you get a lovely dish perfect as appetizer or tapas.
Cut Fjord Trout in small dices, finely chop shallot and dill, and juice lemon.
Mix together Fjord Trout dices, shallot, dill, lemonjuice, dijon mustard and sesame seeds.
Taste with salt and pepper.
Wash and peel cucumber and cut in 1 cm thick slices.
Place the cucumber slices on a plate, and top each slice with Fjord Trout tartar.
Serve Fjord Trout tartar topped with fresh herbs.
