Fjord Trout Tartar

This recipe does not take long to make since it don't need to be cooked or fried. With few ingredients you get a lovely dish perfect as appetizer or tapas.

Procedure

  • Cut Fjord Trout in small dices, finely chop shallot and dill, and juice lemon.

  • Mix together Fjord Trout dices, shallot, dill, lemonjuice, dijon mustard and sesame seeds.

  • Taste with salt and pepper.

  • Wash and peel cucumber and cut in 1 cm thick slices.

  • Place the cucumber slices on a plate, and top each slice with Fjord Trout tartar.

Serve Fjord Trout tartar topped with fresh herbs.
