Tortilla wraps is perfect for tapas because it can be filled with almost anything. In this recipe we suggest raw Fjord Trout, vegetables and homemade spicy mayonnaise.
Cut Fjord Trout, avocado, cucumber and carrot in thin strips.
Drip lemon juice over the avocado.
Mix all the ingredients except the soy oil in a blender or with a hand mixer.
Add soy oil a little at the time until it has a thick and creamy consistency.
Taste with cayenne pepper and salt.
Spread mayonnaise on tortilla wrap and place fish and vegetables over.
Roll, cut each tortilla wrap in 4 and serve.
