- Cut the snow crab legs into pieces at the joints, then cut the pieces in half lengthwise so that the meat is exposed. Use either a sharp knife with some weight in it, or sharp scissors.
Tomato salsa
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges, finely chop the red onion and chives, and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- Sauté cherry tomatoes, red onion and chives in rapeseed oil for a couple of minutes.
- Process it to a smooth mass in a blender, or with a hand mixer.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve snow crab with tomato salsa and bread.
Tip: Use a small knife or your fingers to scrape the crab meat from the bones.
