Preparation
- Finely slice Norwegian smoked salmon and lay the slices out flat in a deep plate.
- Mix olive oil, lime juice from 1 lime and frseh grinded black pepper.
- Pour the citrus and olive oil mix over the sliced salmon, cover with plastic film and leave in the fridge for approximately 1 hour.
- In the meantime, slice the avocadoes in thin slices, place on a plate and cover with limejuice from 1 lime.
- Plate the dish by evenly place the marinated smoked slamon and the sliced avocadoes on a serving dish, or in portions on plates.
- Garnish with dill.
