Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Brush the baguette slices with oil and place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven until golden, about 3 minutes.
Place and slice of cheese and a slice of smoked salmon over each baguette slice, and top with a tablespoon of crème fraîche.
Sprinkle with chopped chives, and serve.
