Greek salad is a classic to serve with grilled food. It's a fresh and simple dish to make and goes well with grilled fish.

  • Cut red onion, cucumber, peppers and tomato in slices and combine in a bowl.

  • Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Drizzle the vinegar dressing over the vegetables and gently fold in with black olives.

  • Leave the salad for approx. 5 minutes, and serve with feta on top.
