Procedure

  • Cut the salmon into strips and fry in a pan with olive oil.

  • Cook the spinach in a little boiling water, drain, then sauté in a pan with olive oil and garlic.

  • Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. When it is almost cooked, add to the spinach and mix well. 

Serve the salmon with the pasta.
