Sautéed Norwegian Salmon with Rice

Rice is an amazing ingredient that can be used in many ways. In this recipe it's boiled, then fried with vegetables and Norwegian Salmon.

  • Remove the skin of the Norwegian salmon, cut into small strips and set aside.

  • Cut the peppers and onions into strips.

  • Sauté the vegetables in a deep pan with oil over high heat for 5 minutes. 

  • Taste with salt.

  • Add soy sauce and the cooked rice, mix well and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon.

  • Sprinkle salt on the Norwegian Salmon strips and place in the pan over the rice and vegetables. 

  • Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until the salmon is about to change color.

Serve immediately.
