Rice is an amazing ingredient that can be used in many ways. In this recipe it's boiled, then fried with vegetables and Norwegian Salmon.
Remove the skin of the Norwegian salmon, cut into small strips and set aside.
Cut the peppers and onions into strips.
Sauté the vegetables in a deep pan with oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
Taste with salt.
Add soy sauce and the cooked rice, mix well and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon.
Sprinkle salt on the Norwegian Salmon strips and place in the pan over the rice and vegetables.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until the salmon is about to change color.
