Norwegian Sesame Salmon with Spicy Salad

This dish can be served either as a starter or a light snack. The quantities given in this recipe is based on the dish being served as a starter, just increase the amount of ingredients if you like to serve it as a main course.

Procedure

  • Roll the salmon fillet in the sesame seeds, slice thinly and transfer to a plate. 

  • Dice the avocado and cut sugar peas, red onion and spring onion in thin strips.

  • Juice lime and mix with chili seeds and fish sauce.

  • Toss the vegetables and the cashew nuts in the sauce.

Serve the salmon and salad with a bowl of soy sauce on the side.
