This dish can be served either as a starter or a light snack. The quantities given in this recipe is based on the dish being served as a starter, just increase the amount of ingredients if you like to serve it as a main course.
Roll the salmon fillet in the sesame seeds, slice thinly and transfer to a plate.
Dice the avocado and cut sugar peas, red onion and spring onion in thin strips.
Juice lime and mix with chili seeds and fish sauce.
Toss the vegetables and the cashew nuts in the sauce.
Serve the salmon and salad with a bowl of soy sauce on the side.
