Norwegian Salmon with Tomatoes, Thyme and Wine

Tomatoes, thyme and white wine give this baked Norwegian salmon a beautiful taste. You can serve it with potatoes, rice or salad.

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

  • Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish greased with a little oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in four and pick the leaves off the thyme twig.

  • Thinly slice the garlic and mix with cherry tomatoes, thyme and olive oil.

  • Cover the salmon with the mix and add white wine to the dish.

  • Add butter to the wine and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Serve with potatoes, rice or salad.
