The simple tastes of lemon, dill and butter goes well with the tasteful Norwegian salmon. Serve with potatoes on the side.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish greased with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut the lemon into slices, finely chop the dill and dice the butter.
Cover the salmon with lemon, dill and butter and cover the dish with aluminium foil.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with potatoes on the side.
