Norwegian Salmon with Lemon, Dill and Butter

The simple tastes of lemon, dill and butter goes well with the tasteful Norwegian salmon. Serve with potatoes on the side.

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

  • Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish greased with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Cut the lemon into slices, finely chop the dill and dice the butter.

  • Cover the salmon with lemon, dill and butter and cover the dish with aluminium foil.

  • Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Serve with potatoes on the side.
